Gift wraps are made using cotton fabric with ribbons attached. No need for paper, scissors or sticky tape - use, reuse, repeat!
Small 20 cm x 20 cm (eg small jewellery or cosmetics)
Medium 35 cm x 35 cm (eg novel, perfume, item of clothing)
Large 50 cm x 50 cm (eg large book, wine, small board game)
Wine fits standard wine bottles and bubbles
Why reusable gift wrap?
Wrapping paper is a single use, throwaway item. Christmas results in masses of single use wrapping paper, ribbons and bows. And have you noticed how expensive nice wrapping paper
Recycling wrapping paper is not always straightforward – paper that is shiny or decorated with foil or glitter ends up in the landfill. Some of the fibres used in cheap wrapping paper are not strong enough to recycle or reuse. And then there is all of the sticky tape attached to the paper.
Gift Wrap Etiquette
There are no rules: keep them in the family, make them part of the gift, or ask for them back (wrapped around your next present!).
